Their Staying Connected Campaign focuses on bringing essential care resources closer to home, reducing isolation, and building a foundation for healthier aging.

Canopy Foundation also proud to uplift Synergy in the Service Industry during their Colorado Gives Day campaign.


Synergy plays a vital role in Chaffee County by supporting the people who keep our restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and service spaces running. Their mission is centered on improving the health and well-being of food and beverage workers, with a strong focus on mental health access and awareness.
